MrBeast has the biggest of the most subscribed YouTube channels in 2026, with about 525 million subscribers. That is roughly 1.66 times the count of second-placed T-Series and about 2.6 times the count of third-placed Cocomelon, so the top spot is not a close race.
The table and rankings below use subscriber counts read on 3 November 2026. Those counts move every day, and YouTube shortens them above 100 million, so each is an approximate figure. Video totals and lifetime views come from the same day, and each entry covers one channel, not a network of related channels.

Its average of roughly 13 million views per video is far lower than the leader’s, so its total comes from volume.
The channel joined YouTube on 13 March 2006 and took the top spot in 2019 by passing PewDiePie. It held that position for five years, until MrBeast overtook it in June 2024.
3. Cocomelon: The Biggest Kids Channel

6. Stokes Twins: The Smallest Video Library in the Top Ten

Kids Networks and Indian Media Companies Fill Seven of the Ten Places
The ten channels fall into four kinds. Four are children’s or family channels: Cocomelon, Vlad and Niki, Kids Diana Show and Like Nastya. Three are Indian music labels or broadcasters: T-Series, SET India and Zee Music Company. MrBeast and Stokes Twins are creator-led channels, and WWE is a sports entertainment brand. These labels are plain descriptions drawn from each channel’s text, and the About page shows no category.
Country entries show the same split. Six channels are based in the United States, three are based in India, and WWE shows no country. Cocomelon, Vlad and Niki, Kids Diana Show and Like Nastya all have more than 130 million subscribers. For parents managing what plays next, our guide to stopping autoplay on YouTube covers the setting, and Amazon Kids Plus is the paid alternative for curated children’s content.
T-Series, SET India and Zee Music Company are run by music labels and broadcasters, not individuals. SET India’s description dates its broadcaster to October 1995. For the scale of India itself, see our ranking of the most populous countries.
From PewDiePie to T-Series to MrBeast: How the Top Spot Changed Hands
PewDiePie was the most subscribed channel until T-Series overtook him in 2019. T-Series then held the top spot for five years. On Sunday 2 June 2024, MrBeast passed it with about 269 million subscribers against about 266 million.
Since that handover, MrBeast has added roughly 256 million subscribers, nearly doubling his count, while T-Series moved from about 266 million to about 316 million. PewDiePie now has about 109 million subscribers and ranks 12th. His About page lists Japan as his country and describes the channel in three words: “I make videos.”
Views per Video Show Which Channels Win on Catalogue and Which on Hits
Subscriber rank and viewing habits do not move together. MrBeast averages roughly 144 million views per video, Vlad and Niki about 116 million, Like Nastya about 110 million and Cocomelon about 106 million. Kids Diana Show and Stokes Twins follow at roughly 72 million and 70 million.
The labels and broadcasters sit far lower. T-Series averages about 13 million, Zee Music Company about 5 million, and SET India and WWE about 1.1 million each. Their totals come from thousands or hundreds of thousands of uploads.
How the Subscriber Counts Are Read and Where They Stop Being Exact
Each channel’s public subscriber count is the figure its YouTube About page showed on 3 November 2026, along with its video total, lifetime views, join date and listed country. Above 100 million subscribers, YouTube shows three significant figures and updates the public count only for every 1 million new subscribers. The count is shortened, not rounded up, so a channel with 123,456,789 subscribers displays as 123 million.
That is why every figure here is written as an approximate round number. YouTube also removes closed accounts and subscribers gained through artificial means from totals, so counts can drop as well as rise.
The ranking covers single channels. Network claims on About pages, such as 27 channels or 20 channels, are not used, and YouTube’s auto-generated topic channels are left out.
How to Compare These Channels Before You Quote a Number
- Quote the date. A line such as “about 525 million subscribers on 3 November 2026” stays accurate after the count moves.
- Treat channels within a few million of each other as tied. Vlad and Niki and Stokes Twins are about 2 million apart, and WWE leads Goldmines by about 3 million, so these pairs can swap places within days.
- Check the handle before copying a number. Like Nastya is @LikeNastyaofficial, and Goldmines at about 111 million is a different channel from Goldmines Bollywood at about 38 million.
- Read views per video next to subscribers. Lifetime views cannot be compared fairly between a channel with 480 videos and one with 178,266.
Frequently Asked Questions
Who has the most subscribers on YouTube?
MrBeast, with about 525 million subscribers on 3 November 2026. That is about 209 million more than T-Series in second place. His channel has 1,011 videos and about 145.6 billion total views.
Which channel was number one before MrBeast?
T-Series held the top spot for about five years, until 2 June 2024. On that day MrBeast reached about 269 million subscribers against about 266 million for T-Series. T-Series now has about 316 million subscribers.
Is PewDiePie still one of the most subscribed YouTube channels?
He is still large but is no longer in the top ten. PewDiePie has about 109 million subscribers and ranks 12th, behind WWE at about 114 million and Goldmines at about 111 million. He was the most subscribed channel until T-Series passed him in 2019.
Why do YouTube subscriber counts look rounded?
YouTube shows an abbreviated public count. For channels with 100 million to 999 million subscribers, the display updates only for every 1 million new subscribers, so the figure moves in steps of 1 million. The number is cut off, not rounded up, so the true count is always at or slightly above what is shown.
