Fortnite’s crossover with Spider-Man: Brand New Day brought the Web
Shooters back to the island on 1 August 2026, the day after the film opened in cinemas on
31 July. Epic Games paired the item’s return with a set of outfits drawn from the film and
an exclusive clip shown inside the game.
What the Web Shooters Do
The Web Shooters return as a Mythic item rather than a permanent part of the loadout.
They let you swing between structures, cross the island faster than you can on foot, and
pull loot and items towards you. Epic also ran Web Shooters Power Hours, windows during
which the item was unlimited.
The Brand New Day Outfits
The headline outfit is a Spider-Man based on the suit from the film, and it can be
unmasked to show Tom Holland’s face underneath. Epic released it alongside film-inspired
Punisher and Hulk outfits, sold together in the Brand New Day Bundle. Tom Holland appears
in the reveal trailer for the collaboration.
How Long It Was Available
The Brand New Day Bundle, the Spider-Man and Punisher outfits and the returning Hulk
set were listed in the Fortnite shop until 9 August 2026. Item shop availability changes
without notice, so check in game for what is currently stocked.
